Rep. Ruiz Helps Older American Get $4,000 Tax Refund

Marilyn Lipson -- a senior citizen from Palm Desert -- contacted my office in April to tell us that she was having trouble getting a tax refund from the IRS. Within a month, my staff helped Marilyn received a $4,060 tax refund.
