Election Day is right around the corner. It is important that you are able to cast your vote safely this year. That's why I've put together answers to your most frequently asked questions about voting in this year's election.

Q: Can I still send in my mail-in ballot?

A: Yes. If you are planning on voting by mail, make sure to drop off your ballot at a secure drop off location. Find a complete list of ballot drop off locations in Riverside County here.

Q: I sent in my mail-in ballot already. How do I make sure it is counted?

A: You can track the status of your ballot here.

Q: Can I still vote early?

A: Yes. The Riverside County Registrar of Voters will be open from October 31 through November 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Learn more about early voting here.

Q: Where can I vote on Election Day?

A: You can find your polling place here.

Q: What should I bring with me on Election Day?

A: In most cases, California voters are not required to show identification to a polling place worker before casting a ballot. However, in some cases, you may need to show identification before you vote. Learn more here. And don't forget your mask!

Q: I am not currently registered to vote in California. Can I still participate in this upcoming election?

A: Yes. You can take advantage of same-day voter registration to cast your ballot. Learn more here.
