Over the past few weeks, we have witnessed an attack on the United States Postal Service at the hands of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. The Postal Service is a pillar of our democracy enshrined in the Constitution, and I am committed to defending it for generations to come.

Standing Up for USPS

Last week, I spoke out about how Postmaster DeJoy's sabotage has harmed the USPS and our community.

Here's how I'm continuing to demand accountability and protect the USPS:

  • I called on Postmaster General DeJoy to reverse his changes to the Postal Service that have hurt seniors, workers, and small business owners across the United States.
  • I voted for the Delivering for America Act, which provides $25 billion in critical funding to support the Postal Service and prohibits the Postal Service from implementing harmful changes to its operations.

I'll continue working to defend the Postal Service so that veterans can receive their medicines, seniors can access their Social Security benefits, workers can get their paychecks, and millions of Americans can exercise their right to vote safely and securely.

Sincerely,
