Dr. Ruiz Announces Birth of Twin Girls

Dr. Raul Ruiz (D-Palm Desert) released the following statement on the birth of his twin daughters, Sky and Sage.

"Monica and I welcomed two healthy and happy daughters into our family. Words can't express the overwhelming joy we feel. We are both grateful to God for this blessing, and their safe delivery.
