Dr. Ruiz Applauds Extension of Eviction Moratorium

Palm Desert, CA–Today, Congressman Raul Ruiz, M.D. (CA-36) issued the following statement after the Biden Administration announced the extension of the eviction moratorium:

"I applaud President Biden and the Centers for Disease Control for extending the eviction moratorium. As the delta variant continues to increase infection rates throughout the country, it is crucial that we protect families from losing their homes. I look forward to continuing to work with the Biden Administration, my colleagues in Congress, and our state and local governments to help families here in our district access the much-needed relief they need in this difficult time."
