Ruiz Statement on Passing of Media Trailblazer Walter F. Ulloa

Washington, D.C.  – Today, Congressman Raul Ruiz, M.D. issued the following statement in reaction to the passing of Entravision CEO Walter F. Ulloa:  

“I am heartbroken by the sudden passing of my friend, Walter Ulloa, a trailblazer who has helped transform Spanish-language media. Hailing from Brawley, Walter’s visionary leadership has grown Entravision into a global powerhouse—helping to deliver vital news to millions across the country. I will dearly miss him. My prayers are with his wife, Alexandra, his son, Bruno, and his entire family.”
